The Art of the Matter is a series of creative experiences that combine meditation, life coaching and creative play.
These experiences hold space for you to:
•connect with Divine inspiration
•unlock answers that already live within you
•be moved into meaningful action
•create a work of (he)art you can truly appreciate
The magic you create doesn’t end when you walk out the door with your art piece.
The steps you take to create a work of art can be translated into making your life a work of heart that’s meaningful, purposeful and truly matters.
In our first session you’ll connect with Divine inspiration to uncover your deepest values and let spirit move through you in aligned action.
We’ll identify the edges of your comfort zone and flow through them so you can freely express the energy of divine inspiration in your own way through color, movement and breathe.
Get out of your own way and see what comes to life!
You’ll create a set of 4 acrylic poured ceramic coasters to remind you how simple it can be to be moved by spirit and create a functional and beautiful work of (he)art.
The patterns you bring to life will infuse your space, food, drinks and crystals with the energy of your intention.
Optional Activation Bar (included w/ each ticket)- Collaborate and co-create with cannabis (psychoactive) and/or fern (non-psychoactive) plant allies to lower the walls and activate your connection to your emotional and creative resources. (Must be 21+ to attend)
ARTINERARY:
1:30- Optional activation with cannabis or fern medicine
2:00- Guided self-inquiry and meditation to connect with Divine inspiration
2:30- Coaching/discussion to identify your edges and flow through them
2:45- Let’s get flowing! Let the inspired creative juices flow and see what work of (he)art comes to life.
4:00- Closing and clearing
All creative supplies are provided. Plant medicine is optional, but included in the price of each ticket.
PLEASE BRING:
•a mat to lay down on
•a cushion to sit comfortably on
•a beverage to infuse with fern medicine (optional)
•wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on

PLEASE NOTE: The nature of this art form typically requires 24 hours to dry to the touch. You’ll be provided with a container to carry your coasters home in, but you are responsible for making sure they make it home safe and sound.
